This year, our CEO, Rebecca Wanjiku, and Heads of Departments participated in the Stanford Seed Transformation Network, a 10-month program for CEOs and founders in Africa, Indonesia, and South Asia. The program aims to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses while building a supportive community. Involving our HODs highlights our commitment to team empowerment through targeted training opportunities. We foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging our staff to enhance their skills and pursue growth.
