Promoting a healthy work environment and supporting staff well-being are our top priorities. We understand that our employees are key players in our collective success. This year, we organized a retreat for all our Heads of Departments (HODs) to Mombasa, allowing the team to relax, regroup and bond in a different environment. The retreat provided a chance for leaders to step away from daily pressures, reflect on their roles, and engage in activities that enhance communication, build trust, and strategize for future goals. It strengthened relationships, fostered unity, and contributed to a positive work culture that aimed to improve organizational performance. Reflecting on the success of this retreat, we are proud of our commitment to investing in our leaders’ well-being and development, which ultimately benefits the entire organization.
